Concordia Consulting Group (CCG) is a private, minority-owned small business based in the Washington, DC area. Founded in 2024, we provide business solutions and expert consulting services to federal government agencies.
We work alongside our clients to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and drive growth. Our team brings together engineering, information technology, and management consulting, so program offices get one partner who understands both the technical work and the acquisition environment around it.
Our early work has been with the U.S. Coast Guard and U.S. Navy, supporting vessel acquisition programs and the modernization of Navy personnel systems. As an agile small business, we respond quickly, stay close to our clients, and measure ourselves by the results they see.
We deliver accurate, well-documented work on schedule, and we hold ourselves to the standards our clients' missions require.
Programs change. We adjust quickly to new requirements, priorities, and timelines without losing quality.
Every engagement starts with the client's goals. We listen first and build our support around what the program needs.

Owner & Chief Executive Officer
Daryl A. Fowlkes is the Owner and Chief Executive Officer of Concordia Consulting Group. He founded CCG in 2024, fulfilling a goal he had held since he was a teenager: to build and run his own business.
Before founding CCG, Daryl spent six years as an electrical engineer on a federal government contract. That work gave him a firsthand view of how government programs operate, and of how much a responsive, technically capable partner matters to the people who deliver them. He holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
Daryl credits the grace of God and the relationships he built over those years for the opportunities that led to CCG's first contracts. Today he leads the company's work supporting the U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Navy, and U.S. Small Business Administration, guided by the values he built CCG on: professionalism, adaptability, and a client-first approach.
